The Terms of Service:

Swapzone is an online aggregator platform that enables users to exchange cryptocurrencies directly on the website by comparing services and rates from multiple third-party providers through API integrations. While the exchange process is conducted through our platform interface, Swapzone acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating the transaction process without handling, storing, or transferring users' funds. All transactions are executed by the selected exchange providers, and Swapzone assumes no responsibility for the settlement of the transactions.

The Service operated by the Company in the name of Swapzone informs Clients of current proposals on the market, compares them and allows buyers (i.e. Clients who request VCs exchange services) ("Buyers") and sellers (i.e. VC exchangers) ("Sellers") to exchange VCs. Some VC exchangers support exchanges of VCs to fiat money and vice versa.

VC exchange transactions are arranged solely between Buyers and Sellers. Swapzone does not provide advanced trading functionalities such as stop-loss or automated execution of trades. The platform is purely an aggregator, offering users information and comparisons of rates and services from external VC exchanges. Users should seek alternative services if they require advanced trading features or functionalities.

Fees of all kinds are included in the quantities shown to You during the comparison of VC exchange rates, unless specifically stated on the Website.

The only form of payment for fees shall be VCs.

Swapzone's Service is provided to Clients free of charge. Swapzone doesn't receive any payments from Buyers – all fees paid go from Buyers towards Sellers directly. For this reason, Swapzone can not be responsible for any reimbursements, refunds as well as carry any other financial liability towards Clients. In the event any VC transfers are erroneously credited, the User is required to notify the relevant VC exchange or to the rightful owner, as confirmed by the relevant VC exchange.

VCs' generation, distribution, retention and termination, as well as the volatility of their markets, are beyond Swapzone's control.

Swapzone does not provide any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Services, the Website, Materials and any information or content contained therein are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. The User availing of the Services and / or dealing in VCs does so at their own risk and with full disclosure of possible wiping out of the entire holding or valuation. In case any of the risk factors occur, including but not limited to changes in regulatory or legal position in Georgia or restrictions placed on Swapzone, Swapzone expressly disclaims any warranty regarding the Website or the Services.

All Services are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While We strive to provide You with the uninterrupted Service, We do not guarantee that the access to this Website will not be interrupted, or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website can normally be accessed by You in accordance with these Terms of Use. When maintenance is required, the Website may be suspended and we will make every reasonable effort to notify You in advance. You acknowledge that such notice, however, may not be possible in every situation.

Swapzone does not encourage the violation of any laws and cannot be held responsible for violation of such laws in any jurisdiction of the world. It is Your responsibility to follow the laws of Your country of residence and/or country from which You access this Website. Likewise, Swapzone expects the same of VC exchangers, but it is unable to control their services, nor does it have the technical, legal or any other ability to ensure they comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and license requirements. It is not Swapzone's responsibility to conduct due diligence on VC exchangers, and it cannot be held responsible in any circumstances if VC exchangers are found to be in violation of applicable laws, rules, and regulations as well as official license requirements. All concerns and claims regarding VC exchange transactions should be addressed directly to VC exchangers.
