Having used this changelly service a few times, while it appears reliable and reasonably straightforward, i am continually perplexed as to the final exchange rates. These bear little or no relationship to the quotes. I recently did a swap (BTC to usdt) where rates were climbing THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS (about 34 mins). I still ended up with 0.316% less USDT than the quote. I willnever use floating again as it is clearly not "floating" in the customers favour regardless of market conditions ...EVER!
