Very Easy, Quick, and I got more than expected!

I performed multiple exchanges via SimpleSwap, specifying Cyber Arena Token (CAT) by contract address. Due to a technical routing error on their side, the system repeatedly sent a different CAT token from another contract to my wallet. Although the tokens were delivered to my address, this does not fulfill the original exchange orders, and I have effectively lost funds through transaction fees and failed execution. I followed all instructions correctly and provided the correct contract address. SimpleSwap refuses to refund the deposited funds or execute the exchanges correctly, despite admitting the routing error. This behavior is misleading and unacceptable for users relying on the service. I am reporting this to alert other users and request SwapZone to review SimpleSwap’s compliance and reliability in handling exchanges. *** I'm ready to provide all the screenshots of the correspondence and the service's acknowledgement of its error, but they refuse to return anything, citing the incorrect token sent.
